Theodosia and the Last Pharoh

If you have not yet read the rest of the Theodosia series, they're pretty good. But I'm here to talk about the last book of the series, Theodosia and the Last Pharaoh.
I like this book a lot because I am a HUGE fan of Egyptian mythology. And Greek mythology. And Norse mythology. And...... I think I'm gonna get back to the book now. Anyway, I also like it because its funny, clever, and gets you feeling for the characters. All really good books get you feeling for their characters. Harry Potter, Uglies, The Extraordinary Adventures of Ordinary Boy, The Worst Day Ever, Lord of the Rings.... well, maybe not that last one. For me at least. I just got mad at Frodo for being so darn comfuzzling. And yes, comfuzzling is a word, I have declared it. Oh, and while I'm at it, I am also officially declaring "chillax" a word too. It was a word before, though some might say differently. And by  "some", I mean dad. And by "say differently", I mean totally claiming it should not be said under any circumstances because its not a word. And the rest was pretty much literal.
I'm starting to think this isn't much of a book review. Anyway, this book is about a young girl who has a long to-do list:

Property of Theodosia Thockmorton
My to-do list while I'm in Egypt

  • Convince Mother I'm not peculiar.
  • Unearth a family secret that quite possibly may explain my *ahem* peculiarness.
  • Keep two extremely magical items away from a very powerful and very dangerous group.
  • Give the two extremely magical items back to another very powerful and very dangerous group.
  • Discover exactly what happened at my birth- besides that it was most definitely peculiar, like everything else in my life.
  • Keep Gadji out of trouble- almost impossible. He follows me everywhere, and Ra knows I'm in trouble enough.
  • Make sure my cat, Isis, stays out of Mother's way. Or eats that monkey.
  • Help Mother dig up the temple of Tutankhamun without revealing how I discovered it.
  • Talk to a man as peculiar as I am as a favor for the leader of the Society of Chosen Ones. Well, the London divison.
  • Most importantly, keep the Serpents of Chaos from causing, well, chaos that would destroy the planet.

If you want to read the whole series, the other books are, in order,  Theodosia and the Serpents of Chaos, Theodosia and the Staff of Osiris, and Theodosia and the Eyes of Horus. All the Theodosia books are written by R. L. LaFevers.
